The role

As a member of our Applications Development Team, you will work on creating and optimizing applications for our proprietary analytical platform, Amperia. In this role, you'll collaborate with a diverse group of chemists, biotechnologists, physicists, and engineers to develop innovative solutions that advance protein analysis. This is a unique opportunity to be part of groundbreaking work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. The position is based in Cambridge, UK.  

Your responsibilities

Develop and optimise assays and applications based on Amperia

Plan activities guided by senior scientists, and execute independently

Work together with the Science team to troubleshoot complex problems  

Carry out manufacturing procedures of explorative runs of new biosensors and reagents

Analyse data independently, write experimental reports and communicate results

Requirements

MSc. in biology, biochemistry, biophysics, or other life science related field  

Lab experience and handling of protein samples

Experience with one or more of the following: ELISA, Western Blot, SPR, BLI, or other analytical methods

Competent user of Microsoft Office  

Basic knowledge of Matlab or Python is a plus
