Amperia™ uses an affinity-based electrochemical workflow to deliver consistent total capsid readouts across common AAV sample matrices. With guided protocols and reduced hands-on time, it supports rapid AAV measurement throughout construct screening, upstream optimisation, and early process development — with options for broad serotype coverage (AAVX) or AAV9-specific analysis.
Designed for use with the Amperia™ Protein Quantification System, the AAV assay kits provide fast, reliable total capsid analysis suitable for routine use across research and development, including measurements directly from crude samples. Assay options include broad serotype coverage (AAVX) and an AAV9-specific configuration.
Two assay kit options are available: AAVX Total Capsid, offering broad serotype coverage, and AAV9 Total Capsid, designed specifically for AAV9-based programs. Both kits include pre-coated sensor strips, assay plates, matched detection reagents, and buffers — providing complete, ready-to-use workflows for reliable AAV measurement.
