Amperia™ uses an affinity-based electrochemical workflow to deliver consistent antibody titre measurements across common sample matrices. Guided protocols and simplified assay setup support rapid antibody quantification from early screening through to early process development.
Designed for use with the Amperia™ Protein Quantification System, the antibody assay kits provide fast, reliable total antibody measurement suitable for routine use across research and development, including measurements from complex samples.
Two assay kit options are available: Antibody Quantification Protein A and Protein G. Each kit supports low, mid, and high antibody concentration measurements through optimised assay settings, and includes pre-coated sensor strips, assay plates, and matched reagents for ready-to-use workflows..
