Strengthening Our Leadership Team to Support Abselion’s Next Phase of Growth
As Abselion continues to scale its platform and commercial operations, we are pleased to announce two senior leadership promotions that strengthen our executive structure.
Paolo Romele has been appointed Senior Vice President (SVP) of Technology. In this role, Paolo will lead science, applications, and engineering — ensuring continued alignment between platform innovation, assay development, and technical execution.
Kim Orton-Smith has been appointed Senior Vice President (SVP) of Commercial. Kim will lead sales, marketing, and commercial and company operations — strengthening Abselion’s market presence and operational infrastructure as we expand.
These appointments reflect Abselion’s continued growth under the leadership of Founder & CEO Ruizhi Wang, and mark an important step in building a clear, focused executive structure across both technical and commercial functions.
