What information should I include when contacting Support?
To help us resolve your query efficiently, please include as much detail as possible — such as the product or kit name, lot number, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots or photos are also helpful if you’re reporting a technical problem.
How quickly will I get a response from Support?
We aim to reply within one business day. If your request takes longer to resolve, we’ll keep you updated so you know what to expect.
Do I need my system registered before contacting Support?
Registration isn’t required to get help, but having your system serial number to hand allows us to provide faster, more accurate assistance.
